How do you handle cases where surveillance produces no activity?
Negative results are documented and reported with the same thoroughness as positive findings. A documented "no activity" report — with timestamps, locations, and investigator log — is still valuable evidence for the claims file and demonstrates due diligence. We never pad or inflate findings.
Can your investigators testify at deposition or trial?
